Badminton, Grilling, and Celebrating

Peak Property Management - Wednesday, July 18, 2018

Our team has been working HARD this past leasing season. With some skill, and maybe some luck too, we managed to make each turn for our clients without any vacancy period. In addition to having a successful leasing season and happy clients, we hired some new team members to keep quality at it’s highest as we grow. Time to celebrate!

Travis Gardner, Peak Founder and President, hosted a cookout. Fortunately, the entire Peak team along with their families were able to attend. There was badminton, foosball, a campfire, one-wheel riding, ping pong, hide and seek games with the kids, and more! Along with the activities, we had some delicious food hot off the grill paired with a good variety of drinks. An excellent way to get to know each other better and decompress after some of our busiest months.

The best part, in my opinion, was seeing our team come together. It was raining, even storming at times, during the cookout. Not once did someone complain about the weather. We were all happy to be there, enjoying each other’s company, and talking a little bit about our work, too. It’s exciting to be proud of the service that we are providing.

This morning it is business as usual. We are back out and about, traveling around RVA making things happen and creating opportunities. We look forward to what the future holds!
